Brian McMahon - Executive Producer

Brian works as an actor, producer, writer and director based in South London. Previous outings at the Fringe have involved a role in She Stoops to Conquer (C3, 2008); directing, co-adapting and appearing in Emma (C Soco, 2009); directing, co-adapting and appearing in Tristram Shandy (Surgeon’s Hall, 2010); and performing with ONEOHONE Theatre Company (C Soco, 2010). During last year’s Fringe, Brian was one of two Executive Producers responsible for running the ‘Bookstacks’ project in association with TheSpaceUK, which coordinated performances of sixteen shows by one company in a single space.


Outside of Edinburgh, Brian’s scripts have been performed in Oxford, Cambridge and Chester, and he has taken to the stage in such diverse roles as Duke Ferdinand (The Duchess of Malfi, Oxford Playhouse, 2007), Mercutio (Romeo and Juliet, O’Reilly Theatre Oxford, 2008) and Alex Ogleby (Laughter in the Dark, Temple Church London, 2010).
